The Military Survey Branch of the Royal Engineers Association
was formed in 1999

 

Objective

To provide/facilitate/enable Military Surveyors (serving and retired - military and civilian) to maintain links with Military Survey and members of the REA Military Survey Branch

Achieving the Objective

To be achieved through: 

By 2005 the branch membership had grown to over four hundred, covering service from World War II to the present day
and all ranks from Sapper to Major General

In the same year the name of the branch was changed to

The Military Survey (Geographic) Branch of the Royal Engineers Association
